HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Easy! Just add to your shopping bag all the products you love and click on the Checkout or Paypal buttons. If you are buying many products, click the shopping bag icon at the upper right corner of the page to start the checkout process.

Yes, contact us within 24 hours with your order number with the reason you’d like to cancel. Here is our contact us page. Please understand that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

I'VE PLACED AN ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY,
CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?
We only have 4 warehouses we trust to source from and store our inventory. Since not of all our products are in one place each item is likely to be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item and then very soon after, the next items will arrive.
Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All our prices are displayed in US Dollars. We currently only accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (through PayPal).

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is never stored.
Returns and Refunds
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please email us within 30 days after receiving your order with your order number and a brief reason why you’d like to make a return. Here is our contact us page. Our customer service will approve the request and send further instructions and a Return Confirmation Number (RCN). All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. Do not send products back without an RCN of which was given to you by a Pretty | Funkie staff member. Returns sent without a proper RCN will not be honored.
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are granted free shipping, partial or total returns of your order will incur in a shipping charge if the standing order after returns is below our $35.00 free shipping threshold.
Some products, like underwear, jewelry or socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If they are defective, a new product will be sent.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE?
Please email us within 7 days after receiving your order with your order number and three photos of the following:
- A clear photo of the shipment packaging
- A clear photo of the item as a whole (zoomed out)
- A clear close up photo of the defect.
With these three photos, and your RCN We will solve your problem expeditiously.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Processing returns may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return will email you confirm once has been processed. You will credited in your original form of payment 7-10 days after your refund is approved.
Status of Order
To check the status of an order, please use the contact us page. Note, it can take up to 7 days to receive your tracking number and 5 weeks for you to receive your item.
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our 4 fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 5 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
Two of our warehouses are within the US. One in Houston, Texas (Go ‘Stros!) and the other one the west coast. These products ship the fastest of course, anywhere within 3 days – 2 weeks. Not including order processing which can take 2-5 days before the shipment is initiated.
Let’s be honest. You’re here for the awesome products. Most of our extra unique products tend to be in high demand and are likely from our overseas warehouse. These items can take up to 2-5 weeks for delivery. But are totally worth the wait. If the item is shipped from our warehouse in US, it will usually take 3-14 days. Still totally worth the way.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase or a reshipment, you will be given the option.

WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS,
CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MAY be able to change it in time! However, we can't promise anything as many of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
